The Solarcan Puck is the latest invention from Solarcan and already a cult hit with analogue photographers around the world.

The Puck smashed through its Kickstarter goal in May 2022 – raising £45k against a target of £5k! – and was awarded ‘Best in Show’ by Digital Camera World (ironically…) at The Photography Show later in the year in September.

Just like it’s big sibling – the original Solarcan – the Puck is a fascinating product. It is a small, self-contained and pre-loaded solargraphy camera which means it can be used to take long-exposure photographs of the sun.

Leave the Puck out for weeks as each day brings a new sun trail to layer onto the contained photography paper.
